Poderistas

The Power Squad is a part of Poderistas' civic leadership program, which aims to empower Latinas to create change in their communities. Members are committed to shifting la cultura, fostering lasting confidence, and inspiring civic participation among Latinas. As a member of the Power Squad program, you’ll be part of a dynamic network dedicated to creating positive change and amplifying the voices of Latinas everywhere. Members will be assigned to one of five regions, aligned with their home state, to strengthen their engagement and meet more Latinas with relatable interests while belonging to a national network. Power Squad members will drive community-building efforts across five regions—West, Southwest, Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast. Read more about the membership's opportunities here.
